Carol Clark is married. She drives her own car. She and her husband, Chris, live on their own. She is a Special Olympics Arizona athlete. Clark has been involved in Special Olympics for several years, and has even represented the United States at a Special Olympics World Competition.

The Flagstaff Mountaineers have been chosen in February 2008 to represent the United States at the 2009 Boise, Idaho Special Olympics Winter World Games in floor hockey. Sixteen athletes and partners were selected to go and are currently following a rigorous training schedule that includes practices, fitness nights and unique training opportunities.
